Are you trying to remove belly fat, but haven’t been able to?
I know after giving birth to my youngest child, I felt less like a woman and more like a “blob”. While that seems like such an unusual term to use, I’ve had several of my fellow mother friends agree. They simply felt unattractive due to the physical changes of pregnancy.
Luckily, I found a way to get the weight off by making a few simple changes to my everyday routine.
Stop Spending Hours at the Gym. I used to spend hours on the abdominal machines and treadmill at my local gym to help remove belly fat. Instead, I found that by simply doing ten to fifteen minutes of targeted exercise, I could see faster results. I used to fret over how I would fit in the time throughout by day to spend one hour, two hours, or more working out. Now, I’m in, out, and done before my kids even start to miss me!
Choosing the Right Foods. Obviously, fast food drive thru meals and high-calorie lattes were not going to help my fat loss cause. But, after years of choosing whole grain items and thinking they were helping me, I gave them up! I started to switch to leaner proteins, instead. The easiest way to choose what you are eating is to think to yourself “Would this food product be available 100 years ago?” If the answer is no, it is too processed to be eaten. You will be so amazed at how much better you feel after only a week of changing your eating habits to this specified formula!
It really is as simple as these two changes in order for you to remove belly fat! I was able to convince a few other mothers in my kids’ playgroup to try the same approach. They, too, have seen a significant increase in the ability to meet their goals. I have even had one friend tell me that she fit into a pair of skinny jeans for the first time in her life! These are moms who have two, three, and even four children who are seeing a dramatic difference in their bodies!
Granted, it isn’t always easy to make time into your schedule for even a short trip to the gym or always eat non-processed natural foods. But, that first time you look in the mirror and notice the difference will be far worth it!
